On 22nd of February a Nexus Automotive Russia business meeting took place in Chelyabinsk. The meeting was dedicated to sales. Anatoly Golovin told how to create long-term, and most importantly, mutually beneficial relationships with clients. Together with the participants of the event, the stages of sales were analyzed, the participants joked about the artificial creation of additional services and seriously discussed the objections of customers, as well as argued for a long time whether the customer is always right and what to offer customers if the choice of the Russian auto parts and components market has changed radically.

“I think that the main thing in selling is confidence in the quality of your product” - Sergei Petrov, Head of the technical department of ITAKO Group. Sergey spoke in detail about the quality and advantages of B-Ring, Kroner, Attex auto parts: “Where and how are the B-Ring, Kroner and Attex auto parts produced? How many years are on the market? Are there any products for light commercial and freight transport? What is selective assembly? What is the fundamental difference between the green and blue lines? What is the warranty?". And of course, the most active participants of the event did not go unnoticed, having received valuable prizes from Sergei.

Vitaly Bannikov, a Valeo Regional Representative, considers not only quality, but also comprehensive support from marketing to be the criteria for a successful sale. So, for example, in honor of the 100th  anniversary of the Valeo company, a promotion was launched in the Valeo Specialist Club loyalty program for car services with a prize fund of 100,000 points.

The pre-holiday evening was completed by Alexander Mikhailovich Pakhomov, Chairman of the Board of the Union of Auto Services. Alexander Mikhailovich spoke about completed projects in 2022, which include a lot of work with parallel imports. New projects of the Union of Car Services can be seen on the website.
