ZF Aftermarket launches a new partnership program for retailers in the commercial aftermarket market, the ZF Aftermarket Authorized Store. The purpose of the partnership program is to spread the high standard of service for end users of ZF branded products, as well as to simplify the access of customers to the universal range of ZF.
An authorized ZF Aftermarket Store is a certified sales outlet for the sale of ZF, Lemförder, Sachs, TRW, WABCO products. The new partner program is primarily aimed at end users of products who purchase them through a retail network.
Three simple rules are at the heart of the new affiliate program and are essential to ensure that product user service is at the highest level.
Most of all the products of the ZF, Lemförder, Sachs, TRW, WABCO brands presented in stores are technically complex products that require knowledge of the features of their application. In this regards, ZF offers partners a comprehensive training of sales personnel for five brands, which will allow them to better understand the specifics of products, increase technical knowledge about interconnected components and assemblies, and, therefore, will allow them to comprehensively and technically answer customer questions and provide professional service.
For Authorized Stores, a recommended list of products that must be present at the point of sale has been developed. The customer can be sure that in the Authorized ZF Aftermarket he will be able to find any parts he needs.

The status of an Authorized ZF Aftermarket Store requires compliance with the following criteria:
- At least two store employees must complete the full training on the brands ZF, Lemförder, Sachs, TRW, WABCO (single seminar, duration 2 days).
- Availability in the store of products of all brands included in the list of recommended products.
- The store must provide exterior and interior design in accordance with ZF Aftermarket standards.
