Indeed, automation in the labor market is gaining popularity. Our company is no exception. With the advent of new technologies, the content of labor changes, and past skills are considered outdated. There will be a need to acquire new competencies. Most employees will have to retrain: not only to master new technologies, but also to develop soft skills. The stereotype that the introduction of automation carries risks for job loss, I think is not true. Of course, the number of routine operations will be reduced, but at the same time it will be possible to pay more attention to other, more intellectual tasks. And for this, as you know, people and human resources are needed, not robots.
Can you reveal your recruiting secrets?
There are many secrets, experienced recruiters work in our team. I will share one of them, where we took into account the research of the international organization Accenture on Generation Z. It is generally accepted that about 44% of graduates believe that it is extremely difficult to find a job right after university. The average age of our employees is up to 25 years old - these are managers, warehouse employees and sales representatives. At the same time, we have our own training center with specialized and competent trainers, and since last year we have also launched a distance learning system that allows us to quickly conduct the necessary training for remote regions. Such resources allow to independently train specialists of the required profile. This greatly simplifies the selection for linear vacancies. Therefore, we signed contracts for internships for students in our company, and this summer we were present at the thesis defence of our interns. This technique allows you to evaluate candidates “in action”: how disciplined they are, how involved they are, how competently they answer questions, how they behave when speaking and cope with stress.
What are the current trends in the market? Are the criteria for selecting candidates changing?
The ability to quickly and efficiently hire employees in our time has become something of a superpower. New directions appear, and the criteria for selecting candidates change as a result.

I consider that an HR Director should strive to do more that is currently possible in this company. The challenge is to make the business more profitable, and this is where our interests overlap with the CEO and management. Here it is a key success factor in communications.
Do you think corporate values can be an effective tool for an organization?
Of course, values are the basis of our culture, a guideline that helps build relationships with the outside world. They determine how we think and act, what is considered acceptable and what is not. Corporate values play the role of the same guidelines, only not for a specific person, but for the whole company.
And if the employee's values resonate with the values that the company adheres to, then business processes work more efficiently. Employees must understand why they work and what should be guided by when making a decision. And here it does not matter whether it is a big project or just communication with the client.
